Your Role & Impact: As a Stafford Hitmen Travel Baseball Coach, you will be instrumental in shaping the next generation of baseball talent. You will be expected to:

• Plan and execute high-tempo, focused practices utilizing our state-of-the-art training space.

• Emphasize fundamental baseball skills, strategic gameplay, and overall player IQ.

• Serve as a positive role model, instilling teamwork, sportsmanship, and accountability in your athletes.

• Manage a competitive travel team schedule, including games and tournaments.

The Ideal Candidate Has:

• Prior baseball coaching experience, ideally at the travel, high school, or collegiate level.

• A deep knowledge of baseball fundamentals and a passion for teaching the game.

• A commitment to the Stafford Hitmen's philosophy of development and team success.
